Workplace wellness guru and generational culture expert Olivia McIvor has spent the better part of two decades changing the way we treat each other at work. Her philosophical mind, combined with her thought-provoking and practical speaking style, make her an inspiring agent of change.McIvor has trained, consulted, and spoken to numerous associations, organizations and conferences across North America. McIvor’s empathic nature and knowledge of workplace issues are highlighted in her acclaimed book, The Business of Kindness: Creating Work Environments Where People Thrive, as well as her transformational healthcare culture program “Contagious Kindness.” She is also the author of Four Generations-One Workplace.

In 2001, McIvor was nominated Female Entrepreneur of the Year by Working Women magazine and has been featured on the Discovery Channel on workplace wellness.
